Yes it has happened after years or listening to the stories. After years of only seeing other peoples pictures. IAM GOING TO A CON!!!!!!! And not just any con my friends. Iam going to Sakuracon. *cross fingers* with all luck on april 1st 2010 I will be getting on a plane to seattle for 5 days and nights of pure fun and awesomeness. First off I have to say damn is this going to be one damn expensive trip!!! 4000 dollars in all; 2700 of that just for plane tickets, hotel, rental car and con registration and fees. the other 1300 you ask is for food, drinks and all the shit iam going to buy!!!!!!! one thing I can say with assurity is iam not going to be cosplaying as I do not have the skill or patience to try to make an outfit and iam one to dress up like an anime character except for halloween. Maybe one of these days i will do it. Iam however planning on attending the formal dinner "a Mid-Sakura Nights Dream" and as I do not own a tux I will be the only guy there wearing my navy mess dress uniform as it the only real formal wear that I have. this is it [link] It's not the crackerjacks that yall are thinking about. This is a uniform we have specificly for really formal events. lol so if your going to be there you'll be able to spot me in a heartbeat. But besides that'll let yall know of more stuff as I nail things down. Like the day iam getting into seattle and my hotel. Iam really looking forward to this. It's going to be expensive as hell. But I have no doubt it will be totally worth it in the end. I hope i cann finally meet some of my DA friends at this con. I'll also be posting my disposable cell phone number I will have for the con on here when I get it. That way if of yall actually want to meet up for a panel or something we can. Well Until later guys.
